Ian Samuels was born in Bolton Lancashire where at the age of 13 he starting cooking with his Grand mother and learning how to cook Caribbean dishes.That’s where Ian’s passion for cooking developed he then started to watch cookery program that’s when Ian spotted Marco Pierre white on tv from then Ian knew what direction he wanted to go in. It was a few yrs later after catering college that Ian followed his dreams and moved to London. Over the years of being in London he had the opportunity to worked with some of the best chefs in the UK – Marco Pierre White, Gary Rhodes, Steven Bull, Richard Neat. Threw the years Ian achieved North London restaurant of the year, Restaurant of the year in essex he also was in the Michelin rated food guide Twice. With all his experience as a chef he decided to give back and start teaching. With over five years experience working throughout London and Essex. He’s has done work for video jug, lurpack commercial, Essex food festival 2013. He finds the time to also work with charities like Home start teaching children how to cook and eat healthy. As well as working with the welcome project by teaching the rehabilitated how to cook healthy food on a budget. Ian Samuels is a name to be watched. He has a very friendly and likeable personality and is very confident with people.
